Loden is wind and water repellent, hard-wearing and durable. Thanks to its temperature-regulating and breathable properties, it offers unparalleled comfort. What is loden?<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

100% virgin wool with wool from merino sheep, alpaca, angora rabbit and cashmere goat.<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Loden comes from the Old High German word \u201clodo\u201d, which means \u201ccoarse woolen fabric\u201d. In 40 steps, high-quality wool is processed into the dense carded yarn fabric using traditional craftsmanship. The wool fabric is compacted by the so-called \u201cfulling\u201d process, which leads to several positive properties of the material.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

+ Natural impregnation due to the dense surface and the fat content of the wool. Depending on the intensity of the rain, several hours can be spent in the wet.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
